The City Clerk's Office is responsible for the administration of the local reporting requirements under the Political Reform Act.

Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests 
City Council Members are elected officers as identified in Government Code Section 87200 and as such are required to file a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) with the City Clerk's Office.  The elected officials for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes are the following:

Ken Dyda, Mayor
Brian Campbell, Mayor Pro Tem
Susan Brooks, Councilwoman
Jerry V. Duhovic, Councilman
Anthony M. Misetich, Councilman

Public Official Appointments - Form 806

Form 806 is used to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards, or commissions of a public agency, special district, or joint powers agency or authority (FPPC Regulation 18705.5). When there is a change in compensation or a new appointment, the Form 806 will be updated to reflect the change.
