Documented Plans

IT has for many years used a 5 year spending plan to manage incremental technology purchases and smooth the budgeting process. A new strategic plan was completed in June 2017 to further document the path forward for City IT.  The 2017 IT Strategic Plan (ITSP) will be updated and used annually in conjunction with the budgeting process to budget system and hardware replacements that accomplish City goals set by management and the City Council.
