The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has joined with the County to launch the Homeless Outreach Portal, an innovative online tool that allows residents to join the fight against homelessness by connecting people they perceive to be in need with outreach services.
When you see someone in need, just fill out the short form on the site and LAHSA, County Departments, and other providers will use the information to dispatch a homeless services outreach team to the area. Please visit https://www.lahsa.org/portal/apps/la-hop to see how it works.
