On November 8th, a Notice of Preparation (NOP) was issued for the re-circulation of an amended Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for proposed amendments to the Landslide Moratorium Ordinance that pertains to 31 vacant lots (non-Monks plaintiffs) in Zone 2 of the Landslide Moratorium Area. A copy of the NOP is available on the City's website at http://www.rpvca.gov/1140/Zone-2-Non-Monks-Lots. Interested parties may submit comments during a 30-day comment period, which ends on December 12th.
