[ARCHIVED] Trash Pick-Up Changes for Independence Day

EDCO trash cans and truck

There will be no trash, recycling and/or green waste collection on Wednesday, July 4th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Due to this holiday, there will be a 1-day delay for trash and recycling collection in neighborhoods with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday collection for the remainder of the holiday week  (i.e., Wednesday customers’ trash will be picked up on Thursday, etc.).  Click here to review the City’s trash collection schedule map.

To avoid a missed pick-up on collection day, place all carts at the curb by 7:00 AM. Empty carts must be removed from the curb no later than 10:00 PM on collection day. Please remember that empty carts must not be left at the curb overnight.
