All those who want to lead, become involved, explore the opportunities and challenges facing the City, or just to gain knowledge and learn tools to make better, more informed decisions are encouraged to apply to the Rancho Palos Verdes Leadership Academy.
Come join us for an interesting and interactive program about how the City works, and the integral part that elected and appointed officials, residents, and Staff play. Three evening workshops will highlight the functions and responsibilities associated with each major City service area, how decisions are made, how City funds are allocated, and how each department operates. Upon completion, the candidates will receive a leadership certificate from the City and acknowledgement at a City Council meeting.
