The South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) invites you to attend their annual Holiday Light Exchange in Torrance on Monday, December 3rd and Tuesday, December 4th. Exchange one old string of electricity-guzzling incandescent bulbs for one new string of energy-efficient LED bulbs. Proof of residency is required.
