Join us August 4 at 5 p.m. for a celebration marking the one-year anniversary of the formation of the sister city partnership between Rancho Palos Verdes and Sakura City, Japan.
This hybrid in-person/virtual event will bring together both cities with guest speakers, dance performances, cultural exchange videos, the unveiling of a sister city directional sign at RPV City Hall, and the presentation of a Japanese commemorative stamp collection.
The celebration will be held virtually and at Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall with a limited number of in-person attendees.
