[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Update: City Hall to Accept Walk-in Visitors Starting March 1

COVID-19 Update

With Los Angeles County now in a post-surge period, Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall will begin accepting walk-in visitors on March 1, 2022. Appointments will be strongly encouraged, as there may be a wait to enter. To schedule an appointment, visit the Staff Directory on the City website to find the appropriate department. If you visit City Hall, you must follow all posted COVID-19 safety protocols during your visit. No more than 1-2 visitors and one employee are allowed at each public counter.
 
City Hall is located at 30940 Hawthorne Boulevard. Regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday. The main phone line is 310-544-5200.

Public Meeting Participation Update

The City Council and Planning Commission continue to meet in a hybrid in-person/virtual format in McTaggart Hall at Hesse Park. Starting March 1, members of the public can attend meetings in person with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.

To watch a City Council or Planning Commission meeting live, visit rpvca.gov or tune into Cox 33/FiOS 38 at their regularly scheduled times. To participate in public comment virtually or to leave a pre-recorded voice message, complete a form at rpvca.gov/participate. All other advisory boards continue to meet in a virtual-only format.

If you are a person with a disability and need an accommodation to participate in programs, services, activities and meetings, contact the City's ADA Coordinator/Risk Manager at 310-683-3157, adarequests@rpvca.gov, 30940 Hawthorne Blvd., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275, at least 48 hours in advance to request an auxiliary an auxiliary aid or accommodation.
