The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is considering updating its zoning code to include a Mixed-Use Overlay District (MUOD). Mixed-use development incorporates two or more types of land uses (e.g. residential, commercial, institutional). The new MUOD expands where mixed-use is allowed in the City.
Join us October 15 for the first Open House for the MUOD to learn more about the plan, get your questions answered by City staff, and provide your input. The Open House will take place at The Terraces Shopping Center, Ste 209 (next to FedEx) from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
