The Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count for the Palos Verdes Peninsula will be held on February 20 starting at 8 p.m. in Rolling Hills Estates. The date was rescheduled due to the LA fires. The results help the region understand where people are experiencing homelessness in order to better deploy resources.
Traveling in groups of four, volunteers tally the number of unsheltered individuals, tents, vehicles, and make-shift shelters they see in their assigned census tract.
