The Portuguese Bend Nature Reserve is closed temporarily due to a water line repair near the Burma Road Trail. California Water Service repair crews are on site, as are personnel from the City's Recreation & Parks Department and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy. Access to the upper portion of the reserve from Crenshaw Blvd. is closed until further notice. We do not yet have a time estimate for completion of the repairs.
