[ARCHIVED] City Hall Customer Service Survey

Survey (400x250).jpg

If you had any interaction with Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall during 2016, watch your mailbox for a City Hall Customer Service Survey.  The surveys will be mailed to customers who interacted with various departments at City Hall, including (but not limited to) Community Development, Public Works, Recreation & Parks, Human Resources, Finance, the City Clerk’s Office and the City Manager’s Office, as well as various City facilities such as Hesse Park and the Point Vicente Interpretive Center.  The data collected from the survey will be used to determine what areas of customer service at City Hall can be improved. Based upon the results, the City will initiate a customer service training program for its full-time and part-time employees, and will implement an improvement program that will last throughout 2017.  Respondents are asked to return their surveys to City Hall by Friday, March 3rd.

For additional information about the survey, please contact Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall at (310) 377-0360 or customerservicesurvey@rpvca.gov.
