[ARCHIVED] Nature Preserve Closed due to Rain

Closed_Sign (400x250)

The City has closed the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve trails because of rainy weather, and they will remain closed for approximately 48 hours after the rain ceases for public safety and to prevent trail erosion. Trails may open sooner or later than 48 hours, depending on trail conditions caused by the rain.

To determine if trails have reopened, you may check the Preserve webpage at http://trailalerts.rpvca.gov/, call the Recreation & Parks Department at (310) 544-5260, or join the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve listserv at http://rpvca.gov/list.aspx.
