Red Flag Warning Issued for September 9
The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning that will be in effect from 3 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, due to gusty Santa Ana winds and low humidity.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. Use extreme caution with potential fire ignition sources.
