Landslide Road Repairs

Work to make additional repairs to Palos Verdes Drive South is scheduled to begin next week on Monday, June 14, and will continue through the week. The work will repair the roadway surface between Peppertree Drive and west of Schooner Drive. The work consists of lowering the road in some areas, raising the road in some areas, and repairing the surface to smooth it as needed. One lane traffic is anticipated, with traffic control personnel in place to help keep the work zone safe. Expect delays if you choose to drive in this area next week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Work is expected to continue through and be complete by Friday, June 18, 2021. All who must use this section of roadway next week are encouraged to slow down and drive cautiously through the work zone.
