Reminder: Housing Element Update Study Session August 24

Join us tomorrow night, August 24 at 7 p.m. for the Rancho Palos Verdes Housing Element Update Study Session. 

This hybrid in-person/virtual event will be a joint meeting between the City of Rancho Palos Verdes City Council, the Planning Commission, the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and City contractors. 

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is required by the state to provide for 639 housing units in various income levels over the next eight years (and 435 must be provided elsewhere on the Peninsula). We invite you to join the Study Session and learn about the proposed strategies for the City of Rancho Palos Verdes Housing Element Update.

This Study Session will be held virtually via Zoom and in person at Hesse Park.
