City Council Meeting Highlights

Last night, March 1, the City Council approved financing agreements with Bank of the West in the amount of $8 million and a construction contract for the overall budget of $18.7 million Ladera Linda Community Park Project, which is set to break ground this spring. The Council also directed City staff to work on an aesthetically improved redesign of the new traffic signal at Palos Verdes Drive South and Palos Verdes Drive East, and decided to activate the existing signal in the meantime to study its effect on traffic patterns.
