City Council Meeting Highlights

Last night, August 2, the City Council approved an ordinance that would require anyone in possession of detached catalytic converter in RPV to have valid documentation proving it lawfully belongs to them.

The Council also approved an ordinance bringing the City into compliance with a new state law requiring restaurants to provide consumers with single-use foodware accessories on request only.

If approved on a second reading at the next Council meeting, both ordinances will take effect September 16.
