City Council Meeting Highlights

On October 4, the City Council voted to hold off on making changes to the ParkMobile parking system near Del Cerro Park and to issue a survey to visitors for feedback about their user experience. The Council will revisit the issue when the survey results are presented in six months.
 
The Council also directed Staff to bring back plans for a permanent memorial for fallen Los Angeles County Firefighter Jonathan Flagler in Miraleste Plaza, which is home to his station house, Station 83. Staff will coordinate with the Fire Department, Firefighter Flagler's family, the Miraleste Parks and Recreation District, and Cub Scout Pack 955 to design the memorial, which may include the dedication of a flagpole, bench, and/or tree.
