City Council Meeting Highlights

On April 18, the City Council voted to have City staff work with ParkMobile to identify ways to enhance the advanced parking reservation system near Del Cerro Park to increase usage by 25% while balancing neighboring residents’ quality of life.

The Council voted to restart efforts to finalize a design to refurbish and display the historic Marineland Bubbles statue and help promote fundraising efforts for the estimated more than $500,000 project.

The Council also adopted a strategic plan to address homelessness in RPV now and into the future, directing City staff to provide a status update in six months.
