City Council Meeting Highlights

Highlights from the September 5 City Council meeting:

• The Council approved $123,900 for an enhanced landslide monitoring program. Ten new survey monitoring points will be added to the existing 67 to fill important data gaps. Additionally, GPS point survey data collection will increase from three to four times per year. The data will be better displayed on the City website.
• The Council, elected representatives and South Bay agencies recognized the City’s anniversary almost 50 years to the day since the City was incorporated.
