Trunk or Treat Trunk Hosts Needed!

The Recreation and Parks Department needs "trunk hosts" to host a decorated car trunk and hand out candy and/or treats at our event on Saturday, October 21st from 11am-2pm at the Ken Dyda Civic Center (30940 Hawthorne Blvd) 

What does it mean to be a Trunk Host? To be a trunk host you will need to decorate your own vehicle and have a family-friendly theme. Costumes are strongly encouraged to go along with your theme, but not required. 

Trunks may arrive as early as 8:30am for setup, and needs to be setup by 10:30am and depart at 2:15pm. 

This is a perfect opportunity for families, and volunteer groups to work together to make this event fun and memorable for children and their families.
