Update 4-3-24: The installation of signage, pavement markers and striping along Palos Verdes Drive South in the landslide area has been rescheduled for April 8-9 from approximately 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Guardrail installation will continue as planned on April 3-5 from approximately 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Expect delays and consider an alternate route. If you must drive through this area during this time, please proceed slowly, yield to workers and obey traffic control at the site. Thank you for your patience. A contractor for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts will be installing guardrails along Palos Verdes Drive South in the landslide area on April 3-5. A City contractor will be installing signs, pavement markers, and performing striping in the same area on April 4-5.
