Updated: Continuing discussion of installing two emergency dewatering wells in the Portuguese Bend Landslide complex to the May 7 City Council meeting, as more time is needed to finalize the project design.
Adopting the City’s 6^th Cycle Housing Element, a document that outlines ways RPV can meet its state-required target of accommodating 647 new housing units in various income levels through 2029
Establishing a Mixed-Use Overlay District, Residential Overlay District, and rezoning as part of the Housing Element update
An annual review of Trump National Golf Club’s compliance with its maintenance obligations for trails and open space
