City Council Meeting Tonight

Don’t miss tonight’s City Council meeting, April 16, at 7 p.m.

Meeting topic highlights include:

  • Updated: Continuing discussion of installing two emergency dewatering wells in the Portuguese Bend Landslide complex to the May 7 City Council meeting, as more time is needed to finalize the project design.
  • Adopting the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element, a document that outlines ways RPV can meet its state-required target of accommodating 647 new housing units in various income levels through 2029
  • Establishing a Mixed-Use Overlay District, Residential Overlay District, and rezoning as part of the Housing Element update
  • An annual review of Trump National Golf Club’s compliance with its maintenance obligations for trails and open space

The meeting will take place on April 16 at 7 p.m. in McTaggart Hall at Hesse Park and via Zoom. Watch live at rpvca.gov or on Cox 33/FiOS 38.
