Police Activity Near Peninsula High School

Please avoid the area of Basswood Ave and Silver Spur Rd including Hawthorne Blvd at Blackhorse Rd due to an ongoing burglary suspect search in the area. The Lomita Sheriff’s Station advises that Peninsula High School has been placed on lockdown as a precaution.
