Kids to Parks Day

Join us at beautiful Hesse Park for a day of celebrating the outdoors and parks from across the nation! Join us for Kids to Parks Day!

Our Contract Instructors will be providing free crafts and activities for kids! Learn more about the summer camps and classes taking place at our local parks!
The Recreation and Parks Department will be handing out giveaways, and hosting a miniature nature planting craft!
Visit our Open Space Management Booth. They will be handing out fun giveaways and nature crafts! Learn more about trails, local wildlife and more!
The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy will be handing out crafts, info about trails, events and volunteer information!
Raptor Events will host a live animal exhibit and a show (hawks, reptiles and other creepy-crawlies!)
