Traffic Alert: Overnight SCE Work Along Palos Verdes Drive South Near Schooner Drive

Southern California Edison will perform overnight utility work along Palos Verdes Drive South west of Schooner Drive from approximately 10:00 p.m. on August 5, to 6:00 a.m. on August 6. This will require a temporary power outage during work hours for all customers in the Portuguese Bend Beach Club and approximately 50 residences on Dauntless and Admirable Drives in the Seaview neighborhood. SCE will provide advance notice to all impacted customers. 

Expect traffic delays and consider an alternate route. If you must drive through this area during this time, please proceed slowly, yield to workers and obey traffic control at the site. Thank you for your patience. If you have questions, please call Public Works at 310-544-5252.
