No Evacuation Warning in Effect

If you received an emergency alert on your cellphone shortly before 4 p.m. today, January 9, regarding an evacuation warning in the area, it is the City's understanding that this was sent in error by another agency. There are NO evacuation warnings or orders in effect at this time on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
