Palos Verdes Drive East Traffic Study Discussion January 27

On January 27, 2025, the Traffic Safety Committee will review a traffic study conducted along Palos Verdes Drive East from Crest Road to Palos Verdes Drive South, with a focus on Ganado Drive. Based on the findings, the committee will consider making recommendations to the City Council for several segments of the roadway, including a speed limit reduction, adding bike lanes and narrowing vehicular lanes, adding landscaping, and upgrading traffic signs and roadway markings.

A staff report with more information will be available by January 24 at 4:30 p.m. with the meeting agenda on the City website at rpvca.gov/agendas.

The Traffic Safety Committee meeting will take place on January 27, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at City Hall and via Zoom. It will not be livestreamed on the City website or YouTube.
