Round 2 Now Open for Western Avenue Storefront Improvement Grant Program

Businesses and property owners in RPV’s Western Avenue Commercial Corridor are invited to apply for a storefront improvement grant from the City!

The City is accepting applications for Round 2 of this program through March 28, 2025. Landscaping projects will be given priority.   

Grants of $5,000-$20,000, requiring a 50% match, are available for eligible projects that enhance or restore the physical condition or appearance of the building (must be visible from the street). Examples include new exterior paint, lighting, landscaping, signs, awnings, entry doors, outdoor seating, and resolving code violations. Storefronts must be located along Western Avenue within the boundaries of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (NOT in the City of Los Angeles).
