City Council Meeting Agenda Now Available

The agenda for the July 15, 2025 City Council meeting is now available at rpvca.gov/agendas.

Meeting topic highlights include:

A proposed assessment of approximately $23.50 per parcel this fiscal year for the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District, which funds the maintenance of landscaping, lighting, traffic signals, and other improvements in public areas.
Potentially increasing the Abalone Cove Sewer System annual service charge by 3% to adjust for inflation.
A permanent alternative solution to replace the temporary SCE power pole that was installed at Ladera Linda Community Park amid accelerated land movement in August 2024.
