Apply for a Neighborhood Beautification Grant from the City

RPV neighborhoods are invited to apply for a grant from the City for beautification projects that offer a public benefit. 

Grants of $1,000 to $5,000, requiring at least a 50% match, are available for eligible projects that are visible from arterial and collector streets. Examples include redesigned entryway landscapes using drought-tolerant plants, new or enhanced entryway signs, screening walls, or tract walls, and the removal or replacement of chain link fences. 

Apply by October 17, 2025 at rpvca.gov/NBG. 

Eligible applicants include neighborhoods served by homeowners' associations, multifamily residential developments, or groups of a least three households with no formal representation.
