Flood Watch Issued for November 15

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch across a portion of southwest California, including Los Angeles County, from 1 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025. A Flood Watch is issued when conditions are favorable for flooding. It does not mean flooding will occur, but it is possible.

Be prepared.

• Do not walk, swim or drive through flood waters. Turn around, don’t drown! 
• Stay safe indoors when possible. 
• Avoid non-essential travel.
