    Upon successful registration, you will be provided with the instructions.

35. Please note that no action will be taken on matters not appearing on the prepared agenda. Members of the public are invited to submit oral or written comments or other materials to be considered by the Committee in its deliberations.  Any written comments or materials that include an email address, a personal address, or other personal information included in the written comments or materials submitted to the City become a public record upon submission of the same to the City.  Such written comments and materials may be included in staff reports and may be posted on the City’s website and will not be redacted prior to inclusion or posting. In addition, City meetings may be televised and may be accessed through the City’s website. Accordingly, if you wish to submit oral or written comments or materials you may wish to limit or omit personal information from the same.

    Members of the public desiring to participate in the virtual meeting are invited and welcome to do so. Please be advised that there exists the possibility of technological interruptions in telephone or Zoom connections which are beyond the control of City staff. Every effort will be made to establish or reestablish uninterrupted virtual participation in the council meeting. Your patience and understanding will be appreciated.
