(deadline extended from January 31st) Civic Center Master Plan Survey and Public Outreach process approved by City Council on November 15, 2016. Click here to see Staff Report.

The first step in the public outreach process is a survey mailed to all RPV residences. Pre-paid return envelopes are provided for your convenience. The survey asks for residents' opinions on a number of possible elements for the Civic Center including:

  • Public Safety Presence (fire, police, ambulance, and emergency operations center)
  • Public Community Center
  • Multi-sport gymnasium
  • Pool (indoor or outdoor) Amphitheater
  • Multi-purpose playing field
  • Tennis courts
  • Village green
  • Children's Playground
  • Skate Park
  • Public Plaza
  • Trailheads
  • Heliport
  • Picnic pavilion area
  • Shade Structures
  • Permanent Dog Park

Elements are ranked from lowest to highest support levels with a no opinion option. The survey also includes additional space for other non-listed elements and comments regarding the current and future use of the Civic Center.

Your feedback will help determine the level of resident support for various elements. So be a part of the process and complete your survey!!
