Hybrid and Virtual Meetings
Hybrid City Council and Planning Commission Meetings
The City Council and Planning Commission continue to meet in a hybrid in-person/virtual format in McTaggart Hall at Hesse Park. Members of the public can attend meetings in person with COVID-19 safety protocols in place. All attendees must follow COVID-19 safety protocols.
To watch a City Council or Planning Commission meeting live, visit rpvca.gov or tune into Cox 33/FiOS 38 at their regularly scheduled times. To participate in public comment virtually or to leave a pre-recorded voice message, complete a form at rpvca.gov/participate. All other advisory boards continue to meet in a virtual-only format.

Hybrid Committee Meetings
The Civic Center Advisory Committee, Emergency Preparedness Committee, Finance Advisory Committee, and Traffic Safety Committee continue to meet at their normal times in a hyrbid in-person/virtual format. Members of the public can attend meetings in person with COVID-19 safety protocols in place. All attendees must follow COVID-19 safety protocols. The Infrastructure Management Advisory (IMAC) Committee continues to meet in a virtual-only format. To watch and/or participate in public comment for committee meetings, complete a form at rpvca.gov/participate to receive an email with further instructions.
