The City has also developed a Coyote Management Plan (PDF) that provides information on coyotes. The goal of the Plan is to support coexistence with urban coyotes using education, behavior modification, and development of a tiered response to aggressive coyote behavior.
The City's Code Enforcement Division is available to conduct home & yard audits amid at assisting residents to identify and eliminate coyote attractants on their properties, such as fallen fruit, overgrown brush, inadequate fence and sources of water.
