Other Fees

Typical New Construction Fees  - Typical New Construction / Developer Fees as of January 2023 (PDF).

School District Fees -

  • Residential Projects - All new construction, conditioned living space only, and additions in excess of 500 sq. ft.
  • Commercial Projects - All new construction and additions, no minimum square footage.
