December 2, 2014 City Council Meeting - Follow Up Review
On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at 7:00 PM at Hesse Park Community Building, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, the City Council will conduct a follow-up review on the effectiveness of the specific Conditions of Approval imposed in April 2014 to address operational impacts related to the East Parking Lot that was completed in August 2013. The Council's review will include, but not be limited to, the parking lot's operation (including hours), vehicular circulation, lighting, noise, landscaping, and any other concerns raised by the public about the parking lot. The City Council may add, delete or modify the Conditions of Approval pertinent to the East Parking Lot based on the evidence presented at the hearing that demonstrates that such changes are necessary and appropriate to address impacts resulting from operation of the parking lot.

April 15, 2014 City Council Meeting - 6 Month Review of the Expanded Parking Lot
On April 15, 2014, the City Council will be asked, as a Consent Calendar item, to Adopt Resolution Number 2014-XX amending the Conditions of Approval adopted by the City Council on June 1, 2010 under Resolution Number 2010-42 to address the operational impacts related to the East Parking Lot as directed by the City Council at its April 1, 2014 meeting.
April 1, 2014 City Council Meeting - 6 Month Review of the Expanded Parking Lot (continued public hearing)
On Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at 7:00 PM at Hesse Park Community Building, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, the City Council will continue its operational review of Marymount's new expanded parking lot. The Council's review was continued from the Council's February 18, 2014 meeting. The Council's review of the parking lot will include, but not be limited to, the operation (including hours), circulation, lighting, noise, landscaping, and other concerns raised by the public. The City Council may add, delete or modify the Conditions of Approval pertinent to the expanded parking lot based on evidence presented at the hearing that demonstrates that such changes are necessary and appropriate to address impacts resulting from operation of the parking lot.

February 18, 2014 City Council Meeting - 6 Month Review of the Expanded Parking Lot
Pursuant to Council Adopted Condition of Approval Number 18, the City Council at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 7:00 PM at Hesse Park Community Building, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, will conduct a review of the operation of the recently constructed expanded parking lot project's compliance with, and the adequacy of, the conditions of approval imposed by the City Council since it has been 6 months since the Final Certificate of Compliance was issued for the parking lot. The Council's review of the parking lot will include, but is not limited to, the operation (including hours), circulation, lighting, noise, landscaping, and other concerns raised by the public. The City Council may add, delete or modify the Conditions of Approval pertinent to the expanded parking lot based on evidence presented at the hearing that demonstrates that such changes are necessary and appropriate to address impacts resulting from operation of the parking lot.
